How delivery should be.

We could have kept offering FREE DELIVERY and hidden the cost by hiking our prices, but this isn't how we roll. So we just charge one price depending on what you order. Super easy.

Standard accessory delivery costs £5

(includes things like, baking stone, cast iron, rotisserie)

Express accessory delivery costs £8

(includes things like, baking stone, cast iron, rotisserie)

Standard Pallet Delivery (kerbside) costs £45

(includes things like, Kamado+)

Premium 2 man white glove service costs £150

(includes Kamado+ only!)

White glove delivery £150.

Involves 2 team trained technicians delivering your Kamado at a pre-arranged date and time and assembling in your chosen location. Following your purchase you will receive a call from us within 48 hours to arrange delivery. Once your Kamado is installed, the team will take away all of the packaging and talk you through your brand new Kamado. 

*Please note the first 100 miles from LU6 4FU are included and additional mileage will be charged at 75p per mile billed separately.*

International Folks.

We've got you covered, however it's not cheap, we only charge what our logistics partners charge us, in fact most international orders we take a loss on. We offer a slow service and fast service. The latest shipping rates will be available at checkout.

Health and safety / Covid-19

Pallet-force are our preferred courier for palletised distribution within the UK and Europe. The delivery is Kerb side and the product will be delivered to your nearest kerbside by pallet. You are liable to take the pallet into the property yourself. The delivery driver is not insured to enter your property or land and will not agree to any request to take any product into your property. Please consider our white glove service for a stress free service.

To protect against COVID-19 our delivery crew will:

Provide a contact-free delivery service. Instead of asking you to sign for your goodies, they’ll photograph them.

Maintain a 2-metre distance at all times.

DPD and DHL are our preferred couriers for standard and express orders (Accessories only)  



For new releases we will occasionally take pre orders, delivery times for pre orders will be clearly shown on the product page. Please be aware delivery dates are subject to change due to delays that happen that are out of our control. We will however keep you fully updated if changes are made via our pre order FAQ page.


Our normal returns policy is 14 days after the date of delivery.

To return an unwanted item for a refund, please use our returns portal to start the process. 

Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Your order must be unused, unopened and in re-sellable condition, returns that do not meet this will occur a 10% restocking fee.

If you've purchased the wrong item and would like an exchange. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
