We've only gone and found the best British charcoal - AKA The "GOAT"

Proper British charcoal is accredited from both Woodsure and grown in Britain, providing our customers with an independent guarantee of quality, sustainability and traceability . The timber used changes depending on what species have been felled in the local British woodlands. This batch is predominantly Ash but you might also find other species like, Hornbeam, Sycamore, Alder, Beech, Oak & even Hawthorn or willow.

Proper charcoal is bagged by hand and only the best chunks are selected, however  transport and handling by couriers will cause small fractures and this is inevitable. We guarantee that no more than 5% of our bags will contain un-usable smaller fractures. If you find these please still use and help the environment by adding them to your soil, its also great for plants.
